HOW DO I ENSURE MY SERVICE STAYS ACTIVE AND I GET MY MINUTES EACH MONTH?

You must use your StandUp Wireless Lifeline service at least once during any 30-day period by completing an outbound call, sending a text message, using your data plan, or purchasing additional minutes or data from StandUp Wireless. If your service goes unused for 30 days, subject to a 15-day grace period during which you may use your service, you will no longer receive Lifeline benefits from StandUp Wireless, and your service will be deactivated (allowing only 911 calls and calls to the StandUp Wireless customer care).
