Truly Utterly Disappointed I honestly don't even care for the Phone anymore. Aside from being misled by a Salesman, in reference to having complete Free Talk/Text & Data service. As well experience delays, freezing as well as not having Sufficient Data and usage of it, completely dissatisfied and fed up. However to briefly address the inaccessible Stand-up App. The experience using it. Left me feeling very frustrated and very unsatisfied.

I'm a little confused nothing was explained to me I was stopped by someone that was set up at a medical clinic gave him my info and within an hour or two I had a phone but wasn't told how many minutes texts or data. Was not given an option to have them install an SD card because this phone comes with hardly no storage after they install the company apps that keep the phone running. It works good so far but as I said I'm bummed about the lack of storage due to the b.s. apps that come installed

Great customer service online chat very good representative getting my phone number changed. Explained everything where I could understand the process. Only one complaint and that is that I haven't received the tablet. I've had the phone for a few months now. It came with a screen protector and a case which was totally awesome and I'm very grateful. Thank you stand up! I will "stand up" for you!
