Mother’s Day Giveaway Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility: This competition is open to legal residents of the United States of America and the territory of Puerto Rico, aged 18 years or over. Employees of Promoter, parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, including but not limited to Standup Wireless, in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
• Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of StandUp Wireless as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
• Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted on Facebook starting May 1st, 2020 and ending May 9th, 2020. Winners will be announced no later than May 10th, 2020. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
• How to Enter: To enter, entrants must follow directions on the individual post on @standupwirelessservice on Facebook to qualify. Must be following StandUp Wireless on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter to win. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. This prize does not include service from StandUp Wireless. Entrant must submit contest photo on the StandUp Wireless Facebook page @standupwirelessservice. Participants can also post a photo with the hashtag #suwmothersday on Instagram, or Twitter page for a chance to win. Entrant may be contacted regarding the information in the submission, but this does not mean they have won the prize.
• Winner Selection: 1 winner will be randomly selected. Winner must be following @standupwirelessservice on Facebook or @standupwireless on Instagram or Twitter. Winner must also be US residents. The winner will be notified by an @mention on Facebook and/or Twitter/Instagram or Facebook DM. The winners must provide name and shipping address to receive the prize. The Promoter’s decision is final. Entrants may be contacted regarding their submission information about the contest, but this does not mean they are the prize winner.
• Prizes: Prizes are subject to availability and are stated in each post. The prize options are as follows: Vortex Sync Handset (Does not include service) or a $100 VISA gift card.
• Terms & Conditions: Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence regarding the prize will be entered into.
• Use of Data: The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the competition, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this competition, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. By entering this contest and submitted an entry form or comment on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, you are giving permission to StandUp Wireless to use your information in marketing materials.
