How do I check my balance and plan information?

You can check your plan information and balance online through My Account at standupwireless.com.You can also text #BAL to 5115 to check your balance by text message.

Does StandUp Wireless require a contract?

No. StandUp Wireless never requires a contract.

Do unused minutes or data roll over each month?

No. StandUp Wireless service plans do not roll over. Any unused minutes, texts, or data at the end of your monthly period do not carry forward to the next month.

What plan features are included with StandUp Wireless service?

All StandUp Wireless plans include access to the 5G network, mobile hotspot access (note: data used deducts from your allotment of data), wifi-calling, caller ID, call waiting, voicemail, nationwide long distance, and 3-way calling (note: 3-way calling uses additional airtime).

How do I add minutes or data to my account?

You can add minutes or data to your account at any time when you log in to My Account on the StandUp Wireless website, or calling 611 from your StandUp Wireless phone. Top Up plans start at $5. StandUp Wireless now accepts Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Prepaid Visa and Mastercard gift cards.

This is a Lifeline supported service. Lifeline is a government assistance program. Only eligible consumers may enroll in Lifeline. Eligibility is based on income or participation in certain government benefit programs and is determined by the National Verifier (documentation may be required). Lifeline benefits are non-transferable and limited to one per household (wireless or wireline). Customers who willfully make false statements in order to obtain a Lifeline benefit can be punished by fine, imprisonment, or being barred from the program. Plans include a minimum of unlimited talk, unlimited text, and 5 GB of data. Offers vary by state and service may not be available in all states or areas.
