How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order and track your package at standupwireless.com/orderstatus/ .

Can I keep my existing phone number when I switch to StandUp Wireless?

Yes. When you switch to StandUp Wireless, you can bring your existing phone number. To start the process, have your current account number, account PIN, and billing address ready. (note: this is typically not the same as your online login credentials with your old carrier). Call 1-800-544-4441 (or 611 from your StandUp Wireless phone) and ask a Customer Care agent to help you port your number. Keep your account with your old carrier active until the port is complete. Once you receive confirmation, reboot your phone and try making and receiving a call.

What do I do if my phone is lost or stolen?

Contact StandUp Wireless immediately so we can suspend your account and prevent unauthorized use. Chat with Customer Care , email us at support@standupwireless.com , or call 1-800-544-4441 . StandUp Wireless will work with you to review your device replacement options. You are responsible for any usage that occurs before you report the loss or theft.

How do I activate my StandUp Wireless SIM card?

Insert the StandUp Wireless SIM card into your compatible device and power on the device. Then call 611 to activate your service.

This is a Lifeline supported service. Lifeline is a government assistance program. Only eligible consumers may enroll in Lifeline. Eligibility is based on income or participation in certain government benefit programs and is determined by the National Verifier (documentation may be required). Lifeline benefits are non-transferable and limited to one per household (wireless or wireline). Customers who willfully make false statements in order to obtain a Lifeline benefit can be punished by fine, imprisonment, or being barred from the program. Plans include a minimum of 1,000 Minutes, Unlimited Text, and 4.5 GB of Data. Offers vary by state and service may not be available in all states or areas.
