Important Information About Your ACP Benefit Program

Thank you for being a StandUp Wireless customer. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requires us to tell you about the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) each year so that you know about the program's benefits and rules. Please keep this information available for future reference.

The ACP is a government benefit program operated by the FCC to make broadband more affordable for struggling households. The ACP provides discounts of up to $30 per eligible household on monthly broadband Internet access (or up to $75 per eligible household on Tribal lands) and a one-time connected device discount up to $100 on certain devices (with a required co-pay between $10 and $50). The ACP monthly service and device discounts cannot be transferred to another household or individual. An eligible household is limited to one monthly service discount and one device discount. To see a full list of the connected devices StandUp Wireless offers, please visit https://standupwireless.com/support/devices/. For a complete listing of our plans, including plans that are fully covered (no co-pay after application of the ACP discount), visit www.standupwireless.com/acp/plans for more details. Customers can change their plan at any time by logging into their MyAccount from www.standupwireless.com.

ACP services and devices are subject to consumer eligibility, provider participation, product availability, and approval by the FCC and its ACP administrator, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC). Only eligible consumers may receive ACP discounts. ACP eligibility will be determined by USAC's National Verifier and National Lifeline Accountability Database or an alternative verification process approved by the FCC. ACP discounts can be applied to any of our available service plans at the same terms available to households that are not eligible for ACP supported services. Upload/download speeds will be determined by your particular service plan, and other factors, including your device, network availability from our underlying carrier, your proximity to cellular towers, and environmental factors may affect speeds, as described in our Broadband Transparency Disclosure at https://standupwireless.com/Transparency. Our complete Terms and Conditions, including the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and ACP Terms and Conditions, apply and are available at www.standupwireless.com.

A household is eligible to receive an ACP discount if a member of the household meets one of the following criteria:

  • Participates in certain assistance programs, such as SNAP, Medicaid, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program (Section 8 Vouchers), Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA)/202/811, Public Housing, SSI, WIC, or Lifeline;
  • Participates in Tribal specific programs, such as Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance, Tribal TANF, Affordable Housing Programs for American Indians, Alaska Natives or Native Hawaiians, or Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations;
  • Participates in the Free and Reduced-Price School Lunch Program or School Breakfast Program, including at U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Community Eligibility Provision schools.
  • Received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year; or
  • Has an income that is at or below 200% of the federal poverty level;
  • Meets the eligibility criteria for a participating provider's existing low-income internet program. Please note that StandUp Wireless does not provide this option to qualify.

ACP discount recipients must either make or answer a voice call, send a text message, use data, purchase minutes or data, or respond to direct contact from their ACP service provider at least once during any 30-day period to continue receiving your ACP discounted service. If you're an existing customer that wants to sign up for ACP or an ACP customer with another provider, apply now at standupwireless.com.

The ACP benefit is subject to funding availability from the FCC, provider participation, and consumer eligibility. If the FCC announces that funding has been exhausted, we discontinue our ACP service offers, or you are no longer eligible for the ACP, you will be subject to our regular rates, terms, and conditions.

Thank you for being a StandUp Wireless Customer.
