Important Information

Now that you have free service, don't risk losing it!

The federal government requires you to use the service once every 30 days or it will be turned off. So, it’s really important to use the service often by:

  • Placing a call or sending a text to someone other than StandUp Wireless
  • Turning off WIFI and opening the web browser on your phone or tablet
  • Inserting your tablet’s SIM card into a compatible phone and use the phone to talk or send a text to someone besides StandUp Wireless.

Share Your Email Address

Sometimes we need to contact you about your service. Make sure we have your correct email address on file by calling customer care. Once we have your correct email address, we can email you important information such as:

  • Reminders to use your service
  • Alerts when you are eligible for free accessories
  • Information about changes to your plan
  • Our newsletter with information on other programs you may qualify for, and maybe don’t know about yet.
