Unlimited calling and texting, including Mexico and Canada, is now available on certain plans!
We have exciting news! Unlimited calling and texting are now available to select countries**, including Mexico and Canada! This feature will be added to all customers who enroll in the Affordable Connectivity Programs and apply their benefit to select StandUp Wireless Unlimited Talk, Text & Data plans. To use your international long-distance service, dial 011 (or +), then the country code, area code, and phone number. For example, Mexico’s country code is 52; to call them, you would dial 011-52-XXX-XXX-XXXX or +-52-XXX-XXX-XXXX.

*International calling and texting offer only available to customers who enroll in the Affordable Connectivity Program and apply benefits to select StandUp Wireless Unlimited Talk, Text & Data plans. StandUp Wireless reserves the right to end this service feature at any time and on any plan, for any reason, with or without notice. For plans with international calling and messaging, included texting does NOT include picture messaging or video messaging. International roaming is NOT included. Availability and usage are limited to our network. This service is only for outbound voice calls and two-way texting to select countries. StandUp Wireless reserves the right to block calls to any country or international number range without notice. Your Device must register on our network before international use can begin. International calling may not be available until the next business day after you initiate Service with StandUp Wireless or change your phone number. International service is subject to our Terms and Conditions and Agreement to Arbitrate Disputes and Judge or Jury Trial Waiver, including our Acceptable Use Policy. International service may be terminated or restricted for unlawful, excessive or unreasonable use. If you attempt to make a prohibited international call and are successful, we may suspend all voice services for the remainder of the billing cycle, except for emergency calls where available. You may experience connection failures when placing international calls more frequently than during calls made within the United States. International calling is enabled for personal use and limited to direct communications between two people. Calls to conference platforms, chat lines, and premium numbers are prohibited. Offer expires June 30, 2024.
