StandUp Wireless has reason to believe that you no longer qualify as an eligible household under the Lifeline and/or Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).

To maintain your free ACP/Lifeline service from StandUp Wireless, you MUST provide a copy of your unexpired eligibility documentation. Failure to provide this will result in the termination of your service, and StandUp will be required to de-enroll you from the program.

If we do not receive a copy by April 26, your service with StandUp Wireless will be terminated. If you have any questions regarding this matter, contact our customer care center at 1-800-544-4441.
