StandUp Wireless has reason to believe that you no longer qualify as an eligible household under the Lifeline Program.
To maintain your free Lifeline service from StandUp Wireless, you MUST provide a copy of your unexpired eligibility documentation. Failure to provide this will result in the termination of your service, and StandUp will be required to de-enroll you from the program.
If we do not receive a copy by July 25, your service with StandUp Wireless will be terminated. If you have any questions regarding this matter, contact our customer care center at 1-800-544-4441.
